This Week In Seattle Real Estate – 4/12/2020 – Week’s Review Of Numbers

Today we’re going to look at this last week’s numbers:

Weekly: New Actives weekly surged to just over 100. Total: A year’s high crest in total actives. PI’s wkly had slight rise. P’s wkly on rise. 6DOM dipped under 30. Lowest total 6DOMs since SIP. P/PI holding. Ratios: P/PI to NA wkly fell then rose, 6DOM to P/PI dipped, 6DOM to NA wkly dipped. NWMLS shows slight rise in NA, with P to NA % between 110%-120%.
